Ricardo Velilla

Aurica Search Fund partner

Ricardo Velilla is a Aurica Search Fund partner.
Previously, he worked as director of the Barcelona office at Norgesiton, a corporate finance firm. Previously, he founded and led Lomba Capital, one of the first European Search Funds.

He has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE.

Ricky is a board member at the following portfolio companies: CSP and Hispania.

Héctor Pont

Analyst

Héctor Pont is an Investment Analyst.
Previously worked in the Corporate Services department at Applus+ Laboratories and in Strategy & 2030 Agenda in Aguas de Barcelona.

Degree in Industrial Technologies and Economic Analysis from ETSEIB, UPC, and Pompeu Fabra University.

Hector actively collaborates in the analysis of investment opportunities and exit processes of portfolio companies. He is also a Board Observer in portfolio companies.

Laura Ribas

Analyst

Laura Ribas is an Investment Analyst.
She
has previous experience in Transaction Services at Accuracy and as a Visiting Analyst at Abac Capital.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from ESADE with international experience at the National University of Singapore. CAIA Level 1holder and a Level 2 candidate.

Laura actively collaborates in the analysis of investment opportunities and exit processes of portfolio companies. She is also a Board Observer in portfolio companies.

Ferran Alcacer

Operating Partner & ESG Head

Ferran Alcàcer is a Operating Partner & ESG Head, as well as Director of Agrosol Export. Previously worked as Senior Analyst at EY (Ernst & Young), Investment Analyst at CS Corporate Advisors and Junior Analyst at Garrigues.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and MBA from ESADE and CEMS (HEC).

Ferran is a board member at the following portfolio companies: Alfavet.
