Our investment focus

We are hands-on investors with active participation in our portfolio companies and Search Funds. To make that possible, in line with our Private Equity DNA, we prioritize a concentrated portfolio with big tickets ranging from €1m to €4m.

While we maintain specific areas of expertise, we are fundamentally agnostic and remain open to exploring any opportunity that presents a compelling investment case.

Sectors

We target companies in resilient sectors with tailwinds and strong growth drivers. Our preferred areas are B2B services, healthcare, education, and technology, but we like to be challenged.

Size

The Search Fund model focuses in companies within the €1m–€5m EBITDA range but we can look beyond those figures.

Type of transaction

We maintain high operational flexibility, backing a wide range of transaction types: from traditional single-asset acquisitions to more complex build-up strategies but always partnering with strong entrepreneurs and high-quality companies.

Geography

Our core focus is on Europe, where we have our strongest roots and network. We also have presence in LatAm, with investments in Mexico and Brazil.
